Producers of fine quality barn laid quail eggs since 2016. Kettering Quail is the first fully accredited primary producer of quail eggs in Tasmania, Australia, supplying restaurants, markets, speciality butchers and providores both locally and interstate. 


Our accreditation is testament to our strong food bio-security protocols and the passion with which we tend to and care for our quail ensuring they have the best environment and conditions to thrive in Tasmania's ever changing climate. 


All our eggs are collected, cleaned, candled, stamped and packed daily by hand ensuring the highest quality possible.
